Payments
Currently credit card and
e-check payments can be made through paypal. Checks & money orders
are accepted as well for payment. If you would prefer to
pay in USD funds please contact me. Bank direct deposit is
also available but will incur an extra $2.00 CAD, again please contact
if this is your preference.
Shipping
Shipping prices are provided as
close to actual costs by Canada Post and Fedex. However, there may be
times when the shipping must be adjusted. You will be contacted if this
is the case. A handling fee is not charged but your items will be
shipped in recycled boxes to reduce costs.
Shipping is done within 48
hours. There is usually no shipping on weekends or holidays but there
are exceptions. If an item isn't available it will be back-ordered if
noted and will incur further shipping costs. If the order is something
you would like to wait for please advise us and we will keep the funds
and ship all of the items out as soon as the back-ordered item is
available.
Refunds
Our products are nonrefundable
unless damaged through the fault of Aura Botanicals or the Fedex/Canada
Post. Please follow shipper's guidelines for reporting any damage, and
to obtain an inspection, or Aura Botanicals will be unable to reimburse
or replace damaged goods. Due to the personal nature of these products,
we do not accept returns for any reason other than shipping damage or
mistakes/problems we have caused. Refused orders (not involving damages)
are subject to all shipping charges.
